Lyen Wong was born Milagros Lyen Wong Aseguinolaza on August 5, 1980 in Matanzas, Cuba.She is a German-Cuban fitness athlete of Spanish, African and Chinese decent.Lyen began as a fitness trainer in 2003 and moved into fitness competitions in 2005.She has participated in the 2007 Miss Universe Fitness, NAC International taking second place, the 2007 Miss Fitness, International German championship
